If you're indecisive or having trouble deciding colors or a theme, we will offer guidance on choosing color pallets, unique themes and decorations that will align with the event's purpose and desired atmosphere. We will help find venues, photographers/videographers, entertainment and caterers if needed. Forevergold LLC has plenty of recommendations for our guest to choose from. We will arrange in person meetings or virtual appointments to better discuss your vision. Then starts the production planning, where we handle the logistical aspects, detailed schedules that outlines task, timelines and responsibilities, helping coordinate the build. This is to determine the quality and production elements like lighting, sound, staging and decor to create an immersive and engaging atmosphere, making your event enjoyable! Pre-production is the phase that includes planning, budgeting, venue selections, vender coordination, and creating a detailed schedule which will only take place if you need our guidance on selecting vendors and venues as previously stated. After completing production, comes executing the project! We move professionally and accordingly for your memorable experience!
